The lawyered version is being drafted for launch. Here's the plain-English intent it will encode:

• $24 a year buys one year of The House Year. It renews annually; turn renewal off any time and you keep everything you paid for through the end of your year.
• The free tier is free: the onboarding questions, your Reveal, your current month, and three full task cards. No clock, no card.
• The cards are guidance from a licensed general contractor — but we can't see your actual tank, roof, or panel. When something is actively leaking, sparking, or smoking, call a local pro. Don't wait on an app.
• Stay off ladders and roofs you're not comfortable on. Every card says when to hire it out; believe it.
