The short version

We collect your email address and your house profile. We use them to build your house's maintenance plan and send the notifications you asked for. We don't sell your data — you pay us, so nobody else has to.

What we collect

• Your email address, for sign-in and receipts.
• Your house profile — the answers to the twelve onboarding questions: ZIP code, year built, square footage range, foundation type, heating and cooling, water and sewer, roof, water heater, and the extras you check off.
• Your county, derived from your ZIP code. Locale data and weather alerts run at the county level — we never ask for your street address or your GPS location.
• Task activity: what you mark done, snoozed, skipped, or hired out, plus any notes and costs you choose to log.
• A push-notification token for your device, if you turn notifications on.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We don't run ads, and we don't share your profile with data brokers, contractors, or "partners."
• We don't track your location. Your ZIP tells us your county; that's as close as we look.

Who else touches it

Payments run through Stripe — your card number never touches our servers. Push notifications are delivered through Apple's and Google's services. Weather checks hit a public forecast API with county-level coordinates, not your identity. That's the list.
